thoughts…

Its been a week sense I’ve started this diet. I’ve noticed I am feeling better and I eat more now then I did a week or more ago. my pants are getting baggie. It’s kinda neat that, I just bought them like 3 weeks ago and they were snug. Not tight, but not slip ons either. Now, I don’t even have to touch the snap and zipper to put them on, I might even have to invest in a belt soon. I have this goal of hitting my weight loss by my 25th birthday, and the best thing is, they figure it might only take until Next summer. Another thing said it might be my 24th birthday when I get there. We’ll see. I’m going to stick through it and see how long it takes. Even if My best friend stops going to the gym and begins to give up on herself. I will still stick to it… GOAL! Ok, so I’ll see.

Ok… I guess that’s all my thoughts for now… I just wanted to say, I’m feeling good about this diet thing. It’s the longest i’ve actually stuck with it. And I’m not eating stuff I shouldn’t either. Kinda neat.

Definitely stick with it, you’ll be soo glad in the end. It’s hard especially if you end up doing it alone, but if that’s what you really want, keep working! Best of luck!
