When we were picking out things for our wedding registry, Kristie excitedly added a fruit juicer, for making fresh juice from whole fruits.  To her delight, Han picked out this gift for us.  Since coming back from our wedding and honeymoon and unpacking all of our boxes, we have actually made our own fruit juice on several occasions.  We’ve tried out different combinations of flavors, mixing and matching apples, nectarines, strawberries, kiwis, and mangos, and not having had a dud yet.  Today’s batch contained granny smith apples and kiwis, so it was bright green, like an all-natural Ecto Cooler.
