Back from Root Canal

Wow…I must say this root canal took less time than my last cleaning a couple of weeks ago.  I didn’t have any pain to begin with before I had the root canal.  The worst part I think was that my teeth are sensitive to cold and they put this sucking thing in my mouth and leaned it against my tooth.  But it was fine after a couple of seconds.  No big problems and absolutely no pain at all. I am so surprised.  I had two people tell me it’s no worse than a filling. It really wasn’t.  But it could have been because I didn’t have alot of pain to begin with.  I am waiting for the novicane to wear off and see what kind of pain I am in then.  I do have vicadin but probably won’t use it unless I really need it.  The lady said I might just have to use tylenol.  I am hoping she is right and that I don’t have any problems with swelling or anything major in the next few months.
So now that set us back $1100, not cheap, but the good thing is, is that  I dont’ have to go back next week.  Because it wasn’t so bad and the x-rays looked good they finished up today.  I was so happy.  I really didn’t want to go back but since there was no pain this time it didn’t bother me if I had too.  They still want to put a crown on the tooth and I am sure that is exspensive to but that will just have to wait.  WE don’t have dental insurance and we do have college tuition to pay next month so I won’t be doing anything unless I absolutely have too.  Sorry about the spelling today I am not in the mood to correct.
Well i have to get this kids motivated they sleep to all hours of the day and don’t do anything but play video games.  Not a good thing.  Anyway I am glad this morning is over with and I had absolutely no pain at all.  I do have a great dentist.
And Jade, my dentist is old so I guess maybe in his youth he was good looking.  LOL
Have a great day!

I’m glad you’re not in too much pain! Heh. I think all teenagers have that “lay in the bed all day and play video games all night” disease. I know mine sure did at that age.

RYN: Shell doesn’t make urine at all, so her bladder is not used. Because of this, the fluid that she drinks just builds up in the tissues in her body. During dialysis they pull the fluid off through the blood and also filter the toxins out of her blood, which are the 2 main things your kidneys do.
