It’s like a heat wave….NOT!

It has been cold, cold and COLD!!!  Yesterday school was cancelled because it was -32 with the wind chill.  I had to go to work which is usually nice and warm and was thankful for the sun.  I backed the SUV into the parking lot where the sun would hit it.  It wasn’t bad when I got done at 1:30.  I went to the gym to workout since I knew it would warm me up too.  It felt good, plus I needed it for my disposition.  Work outs always help my mood.
I hadn’t left the house since working on Friday and left work around 1.  It was so cold all weekend there was no way I was going out.  Yesterday was the coldest though when it was -19 with a wind chill in the lower -30’s.  Today it’s supposed to be 5 for a high and get below zero all week during the night.  Look out east coast it’s headed your way.  Still not alot of snow around here.  But then again we still have March to go thru.  I have to close at work tonight around 6.  Of course it’s snowing out mildly now so I will have to mop all day.  Oh well, the floor looks like crap even after you mop anyway.  Gives me something to do since Tuesdays are the slowest day of the week. 
I work tomorrow 2-5 (odd shift) and then I am off until Saturday.  I work M-F next week.  We really need to get someone hired before Summer.  I am not working every day during the summer.  I have to much going on this summer to have to work all the time. Plus it’s busy in the summer unlike my other job where it was dead in the summer. 
Not much else happening around here. 
Older son is getting ready for college stuff.  He is pretty adement on going to NDSU.  So I guess I have to give in.  It’s exspensive though to send your kid to college.  There goes all the money we saved over all the years.  I keep telling hubby, why can’t he pay his own way.  One week he is the next he isn’t.  The guy is turning bi-polar on me. 
Ok I am off to get some stuff done before I have to go to work.
