a note on slide shows

  I use Photobucket to store and link my pictures, a paid account because I have over 10,000 pictures there.  I exceeded the free account’s number of pictures you could have, and decided then that I wanted the pictures to stay up, and that $25 a year was a pretty good expense to do that.

Photobucket has a tool to make slideshows and I’ve been using it for many years.  It makes Flash slideshows, that do not show up on Apple products.  If the slideshows were in HTML 5, then every system could see them, but Photobucket is a tad old-fashioned and doesn’t give me the choice of format for the slideshows.

I’m sorry about that – these slideshows are made of, imho, good pictures and are a good way to use some of the many pictures I take of things.
