Another snow day
The Dispatcher called me at home yesterday; there’s no school today.
On the news, I see that most schools are closed. Portland schools are open east of the Willamette; west of the river they’re still closed. Heh. I’m a North Clackamas driver, and we. are. closed.
I left the alarms set for 5 and listened to them go off and rolled over and slept on till 8:30. YaaaaaHooooo.
I see on the news that Multnomah Falls is frozen over. The last time I got shots of that, I was shooting in PC mode and those don’t print out for shit. It’s simple; I’ve got to go get high res shots of the Falls.

Big Bear’s getting dumped on too.

Nothing more spectacular than an Iced Multnomah Falls! Glad you are getting some unlooked for time off–with pay. It doesn’t get better than that! 🙂

On top of the cold weather, it started snowing again, I almost cried.

Ooooh, would love to see photos of the Multnomah Falls frozen over. 😀 But don’t get yourself killed or near killed for the photos. *chuckles* Though, I’m sure you northerners know how to drive in ice and snow, unless us southerners that haven’t a clue, but think we do! *laughs*Light of heart,

Big Bears – I miss living in Corbett/Springdale area. I haven’t noted you in a long time, but wanted to come by and say hi. I always seem to really enjoy looking at your pictures. I used to live in Clackamas too. One of my favorite bus drivers, Delores, always got me in a good mood to start my day. I took her bus, which was for handicap, because of my school being out of the school boundaries. I really miss her (its been 12 years now), last I heard she had passed (I called to say hi to her). Anyway, sorry for the “memory lane” just now… I mainly came to say hi and read back a few entries.
