Blacky Cat

 My Blacky Cat is not feeling well.  Occaisionally, he crys out in pain – the most horrible sound I’ve ever heard.  I was so worried about him last night that I left the light on by my bed, watching him on the floor.  I was grateful that it was Monday; I took him to the vet’s this morning.

That’s what my savings were for, apparently  $342.00 for x-rays (the vet says there’s "a mass" in his belly.  His blood sugar is low – no shot tonight, the vet said.  "Go buy him any food he likes – he needs to eat, his numbers are so low".

Blacky was very cooperative, getting into his cat carrier.  It’s usually a little harder to get him in and keep him in it while I put it back together. Poor cat.  He’s so weak.

The test results should be back this afternoon… but now, at home, my cat is so weak that I am afraid he’s going to die.  I fed him – he did eat some of his favorite food, Whiskas wet food, but now he is all but unable to move.

I put his cat bed in the kitchen by his food and water… but I am afraid I’m going to lose him.

I think he hurts more than I do, but omg, this hurts.  It hurts to hear his pitiful wails, and it hurts to see him clumsily move – he isn’t cat-like today.
