not so misc.

I am done with my 605 Sunday papers in the earliest amount of time ever.  Out of the 487 I dropped off yesterday, I picked up only 12 unsold papers!  Ya fucking hooo!

And!

and in less than 3 and a half hours!

I’m feeling so swift.

So Cat, was it worth it to show up early this morning or what?

Why yes, yes it was.

She told me a long ago that it takes her time to warm up to men, that she (along with everyone else here) has issues from prior relationships.

(One thing I really liked about Japan was that it was easier to pick up women.  Here in the US, they come pre-pissed, but in Japan, pehaps because I was the exotic foreigner, perhaps because I’m so good looking (ha!), I found it easy to pick up women*.  I should say I only did this after the divorce, but, ya know, I want to be as honest as I can here, so, yeah, I went hunting before we got divorced.)

Anyway, she smiled, really smiled at me and looked pleased that I indeed came earlier than I at first said I’d be there.

She said it was too bad I wasn’t any earlier, that we could have stepped out of the bldg and "gotten better aquainted".

hmmm.

I really like PDA’s. 

You know, Public Displays of Affection.

Her number was up already, so we only had a short time before her papers began coming down, but she gave me a real hug.  And all but said there was more where that came from – "why don’t you come early tomorrow too?"

The Cat’s thinking:

On Sunday nights/Monday mornings, I leave home at 11:30 to get my papers about (on a good night) 12 am.  I’ve been in the habit of watching "Sex and the city" on WGN at 11 then going to work, but ya know, fuck TV.  I got something real happening.

I like where this is going.
