Rain rain rain

I’m about to leave to get my papers.

It was sort of dry today…but it has rained 29 of the last 30 days, and it is storming now, beating the rain drops against my south facing apartment windows.

Statistically, it rains more in Washington DC…but this endless parade of grey skies and rain is depressing, fer sure.

It’s Tuesday morning, so after this run, I have a night off, and only a few more gigs of pictures to load into the new machine- something to do tomorrow night while I’m not working.

Rain, rain rain.

We’re having a lot of gray weather too. No rain – just as well as it would freeze and make things slippery. Days above freezing are easier – need less fuel – things work better – but I kinda miss snow. We have less every year. Seems like.

Gee, I think the stats are wrong! Seems like where you live, and Washington State, get more rain than anywhere else in the country. I sympathize….I’m glad to not be there at this time of year! hugs, Weesprite

Hey man, don’t complain about that rain. Its one of the driest years ever for us folks in central Texas. I don’t know whether mother nature is pi–ed off at you guys in the NW or us sad sacks down here. LOL

At least rain would be something! We had well over a week of grey skies so dark that my daughter kept telling me couldn’t go out because it night time! I hope the sun comes out for you soon. Take care.

Wow. 29 days of rain??? I would be mad! That is wild. You would think that the clouds would run out of water!

grey sux.

Our normal rainfall here in Austin is in the low 30 inch range. So far this year we are down at least 10 inches or more. A hell of a lot of grass fires erupt evey day somewhere around here. You guys are lucky up there in the NW.
