Twenty Eleven
It’s like a total sci-fi date to me. The shape of it in my mouth feels foriegn. "Twenty Eleven"
I dunno; 19 – 70 was hard. 2011 should be easier, but omg, it feels so strange to say "20" anything.

So, I AM NOT getting ready to go out and wait for papers in 27 degree weather, and I won’t have to assemble hundreds of (thin) Sunday papers tomorrow. I don’t feel any regrets over that.
It is clear and cold tonight. Oregon City, where I watched an Angelina Jolie movie with my friend A was quieter than SE Portland usually is for New Year’s Eve. Some gunfire in the distance, and misc fireworks and rockets was pretty much it; Portland is a lot noisier.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! And may this be our best year yet.

End of the year summary: 3165 entries. 104, 621 page views since 10/30/06 – almost 6,000 since August. 37 different countries, six continents. USA, Canada, and Australia are my biggest readers, but I’ve seen hits from all over. Texas is my biggest state in the US, although Wisconsin looks like a close tie.
I’l write here as long as I have access, I guess.
2011.
