Don’t stress about your numbers

I bit my tongue so hard I actually bruised it. That’s a first for me

On Tuesday my boss told me they’re bringing me back into the office. I’m sick of being on their radar. I know it’s my fault but I’m beginning to wonder what it is exactly that keeps me from meeting quota. Something more mental than ability wise.

I told them I spoke with HR and would like a meeting all together. The HR rep said they’d set it up for this week but they may have forgotten cause I have yet to receive an invitation. It makes me worry they had a meeting without me. Or that my job is in jeopardy. I dont know.
