we’re moving.

we finally have an appartment. i’m so happy. we get the keys on monday. well, thursday to be exact. rolf has internship now for three months so he doesn’t get home until 7 pm. so we have to wait until thursday, until the um, shop, whatever you call it, is open late.
we’ll go shopping on thursday too. curtains, paint and something to cover the floor. my english is horrible today, i’m sorry.

this weekend, we’ll work on the appartment. rolfs parents are on holiday, so my parents said they will come over and help! wow. i didn’t expect that. so this weekend we’ll paint and maybe even get the floor covered. i look strangely forward to this.

next weekend we’ll get all the other bits and ends, like curtains and such. and the next weekend, we’ll move! 24th and 25th september. hopefully everything can get moved on just one day, so we can settle in on sunday the 25th.

i’m so insanily happy about this. our own place. well, i’ve been living together with rolf for a year now, but that was in his student room, illegal. that’s just not the same. now we have our own living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and two bedrooms. we’ll finally have dinner at a table again, hah. the guinea pigs can have the spare bedroom and we’ll probably make a desk there so i can do some homework.

on another note, i’m obsessed with nintendogs. i’ve only had it since yesterday. you can hear me all day long “sit, elfi, sit! dooowwn. good girl!” i’m a sad, sad girl.
