Don’t make me act my skin color.

Dear coworker, Just because I’m very nice does not give you the right to talk to me any kind of way. Just because I don’t lose my temper does not give you the right to lose yours. Just because I laugh off your (unnecessary) anger towards me, does not mean it doesn’t hurt my feelings. Everyone makes mistakes. I’m not the only person at the front desk, and I’m not the only one who puts charts away. If there is a misfiled chart, it probably wasn’t me. I’m very careful about those things because I don’t want you getting upset with me. Please let’s communicate better and be friends? I don’t like anyone to be mad at me. I don’t want to have tension in my workplace.
