RYN: my sister is better, she’s still anxious but she’s on meds that chill her out a little & let her sleep at night & i try to be there for her as much as i can. she’ll deal with this her whole life & i think that’s the part that kills me because she’s never going to be completely better.. she’ll always have breakdowns & every decision she makes will be effected by it.
