conspiracy tuesday was fun! i didn’t really shake my headache but it was fine because we didn’t deceit beforehand. mando and turtle were going to fortnite before gabby got home from work, but when i joined the voicechat it was just mando telling The Philly Karaoke Story™. we ended up watching this antarctica documentary that,, didn’t really have a point? it was like 30 minutes of numb enumeration of all the various military operations of various countries since the 1800s (heavy emphasis on the 1940s) that have happened there and then a sudden “MAYBE THE NAVY IS CONTROLLING THE WEATHER” tacked on in the last five minutes, which should have been the whole topic, imo. there was also a bit at the beginning about how maybe once upon a time antarctica had a tropic climate, which,, yes???? Pangaea?? the whole thing was done in the most monotone way possible, and focused on conspiracy-adjacent facts the whole time. 2/10

we then watched a very entertaining 20 minute video of just some dude talking about cool things we’ve found in ice. there was a monkey-man hoax, a stoned princess with cool tattoos and also cancer, a very good hunter man who was MURDERED in an ATTACK, and baby ice-age animals. he was very informative and very entertaining. we’re probably going to watch more of his stuff. 8/10 (-2 for having minimal conspiracies)
