A Productive Day

Gentle Hearts,

       Today has been a rather productive day!  I got up a little later than usual. I am still a bit yet lagged and lethargic. I had some Tea this morning and as I was reaching the sugar bowl I accidentally knocked down my Father-In-Law’s pills which he sets on a plate on top of his Splendar Sugar!  He laughed and I helped to pick them up! Sometimes I can be so clumsy!  I had a breakfast of Rice Crispy, Toast and Tea then set out to take a shower and start my day.

      I have set myself to make another flan and it came out rather  yummy!  I do enjoy cooking!  I want to become a good cook like Mum.  She’s known international as La Cocinera!  She has this HUGE pan that she makes her special con-gris (a Spanish dish made with black beans and white rice) enough to feed an army!

         Today I saw a rainbow set above the sky in front of our window!  It was so relaxing to watch!
