Early St. Valentine’s Day!

Dear Gentle Hearts

Today was a very special day! There is happiness in my heart. I woke up after a night of crying. Eleine’s comment about Alex stung me! She asked how my boyfriend was and has he set a date yet for our meeting. I told her he hasn’t and has said he is planning to meet me in the near future. She asked me if I had asked him. I told her I don’t want to pressure him…in the end we will meet with God’s blessing. I am certain of it…whether it be tomorrow or a few month from now. The important thing is that we are both so sure of our feelings for one another and our Love is so strong! Anyways, I get really hurt when she questions our meeting as if things should be rushed like so. 🙁

I spent the night crying and looking at Moder Bride’s Spring Magazine. I held the Axle Pillow so tightly against my chest. I had some sort of dream though I am not sure what is was about. I got up at 8AM and made some coffee.

I received 24 e-mails on my Yahoo account. At around 9AM Alex comes on AOL and started chatting lovingly with his Mary. We had such a sexy and long conversation. We chatted about romantic movies and songs and about the weather in England and over here. We exchanged kisses and hugs….and surprisingly, we questioned Godzilla’s sex! LOL! I said that I wasn’t sure whether Godzilla was a girl or a boy! I forgot what he said because the doorbell rang. I didn’t even warn him I had gone to answer it. We have a security camera installed in the kitchen…this makes it safer for my parents and I to see who’s at the door before deciding to open. It was a guy delivering flowers! I did not recall myself ordering Mom some Valentine’s Day flowers, nor do I have anybody who sends me any flowers save my mother and brother on my birthday no less. I almost did not answer it. On second thought I was curious so I did. The delivery man ascended the two staircases up to my apartment (Flat).

“Mary G?” he asked. “That’s me!” I assertained. “Some flowers for you!” My heart fluttered like a dove. I accepted them and placed them on the kitchen counter.

I read the card..it was from my Beloved Alex! They were beautiful! They came in a white wicker basket with a large lily, dozens of red carnations, two red rose, daisys, tiger lilies and orange blossoms. There is a lovely white teddy bear and a box of chocolates in a heart-shaped box attached! The note reads:

“An Early and Happy St. Valentine’s Day for you, My Darling…Love, Your Alex!”

My hands started shaking and I started crying! He sent them from England! I have never been so surprised in my life! I’ve never had a man send me flowers before and so romantically either. I returned to him and he was delighted I had received them. He said he wanted to give me some other present for I sent him a whole heap of goodies for Valentine’s Day. I told him I loved them so very much!

He said that he wanted to give me an Early St. Valentine’s present so I could be happy with the stressful week I’ve been having.

He is so sweet! What a cute and sexy British man I have!

I am so very happy! He said he wants to always make me happy!
