My favourite place to wear pants

I love peanut butter cookies.

Today is Russ’s birthday. So there was a party after the restaurant closed. Was a nice time. And when a massive cake with 75 candles came out (the restaurant didn’t need lighting with that many candles)… there was massive applause when Russ blew them all out in one go. Was impressive.

I keep burping, and it tastes like Monster. Jake had one of those energy drinks and I tried it… it wasn’t bad, but that was 5 hours ago. I should not still be tasting it.

On tonight’s episode of "I need a topic, Topic-Face!" , Jake tells me to write about… coriolis effect. He even had to tell me what it was and how to spell it. I did know, but I forgot. It makes me think of the giant machine on the toilet that makes the water spin the ‘american way’ on the simpsons when they go to australia. 🙂 "I’d’ve called ’em chazwazzas!" is the main quote that sticks in my head. Amuses me. 🙂 The Simpsons is a pretty good place to learn random stuff. I still remember when I was in first year uni, in chemistry class, and the teacher asked what was sometimes added to wine to make it last longer or to stretch it out or… whatever it is that it is used for. And the answer was only known by me, and that answer was antifreeze. Which I learned from a rather early episode… Lisa had a french penpal? Or something. I just remember the ugly dudes with the antifreeze.

SVU is on. I’m looking forward to all our shows going away for a while. Most things only have 2 episodes left of the season, so that means soon we will be renewing our Netflix account and watching the millions of movies we have added to our queue since we last were using it. In mid-september. So the list is at least 100 movies. Mmm…. many things to choose from.
