mood swings are icky. Chocolate is nice
stupid pills…just switched brands because the old ones weren’t strong enough, apparently. These ones are making me feel all PMS-y all of a sudden, and it sucks. Hopefully it will go away soon, I don’t need to be depressed all the time.
I joined the gym! Finally! PLanning to go this evening and see if that helps me feel any better. It always used to. Hopefully they have those elliptical bikes so I can pedal and read at the same time. Cardio is just so damn boring.
Cardio is really boring; unfortunately, I can’t hold a book open and exercise at the same time. Some gyms have TVs, but there’s nothing on ever…
