dizzy up the girl
i would have written about my trip to boston yesterday except i was too damn tired to type about all of it. it all started at 5:45 am when i got on bus c. (woo bus c!) i sat with liz, amanda, and jill. on the way there i just tried to wake up by listening to some music. after 2 hours that idea got boring so i read some stephen king and james joyce. after the rest stop, they started shrek. i really must say that shrek is an awesome movie. it’s cute and meaningful and yeah. when we first got to boston, i saw all the logan airport signs and it was kind of upsetting. i just kept thinking about all the country has been going through and i couldn’t take my eyes off of those airport signs. we finally arrived at the museum. jill, liz, and jordan were in the same group as me so that was cool. we checked out all the nifty exhibits together. the virtual fish tank was one of the best exhibits. yesterday i made a fishy at home on the website and sent it to the museum. during lunch, it was really nice to be able to talk to jill. i felt like i was back in elementary school when we were really close. we talked about how i was supposed to be mary anne from the baby-sitter’s club and she was dawn. we were sisters. after lunch we went to see the show in the planetarium. the girl doing the show reminded me of the girl from never been kissed that is a denominator. she was just as nerdy too. the highlight of the planetarium was jill’s goat call. after that we went and made some k’nex airplanes and played in the water with speedboats and sailboats. jordan would just not give up on her sailboat. the electricity show was next. it was loud and fun. the guy running it sure did seem to like to talk a lot. the guy touched an electric thing and he had rice krispies in his hand and when he opened his hand they went flying everywhere by themselves. he had abby and jill go up and touch an elecrically charged thing and got abby’s hair to stand all out. it was really very interesting. some of the concepts are so unbelievable, it makes my head spin. after the show, people could touch his hand. the machine made about 250,000 volts. i just watched with liz. after that, we got back on the buses and drove to quincy market. we walked around for a bit, and then ate in quincy market. after that we went to a dugout type restaurant and the rest of the people ate. amber and i mostly talked during this time. i never get to see amber, so we hung out until the buses came to bring us home. we finished watching shrek. the end of shrek is the best part of the whole movie with the karaoke singing. haha it’s just too much. we watched billy madison and field of dreams but i was trying to sleep during those two. it was a good trip though.
sounds like you had lots of fun. 🙂 i love shrek! yup its cute & has an actual meaning to it. field of dreams is a good movie too. take care.

I like the very beginning in the Menu Screen. Where Donkey is jumping about yelling, “PICK ME! OH OH PICK ME! ME ME MEEEEE!!!” Enjoy
