I wonder how Annie D is doing too? You know what’s insulting? Being turned down for a part-time work from home job. I guessssss I can go back to teaching English online? I want to do something else but I’m really wanting to get more money in addition to the full time job. I gotta save for grad school and travel. I did end up getting a raise/promotion, which is nice, and I shouldn’t complain, but it only comes out to $200 extra a paycheck. Nothing lifechanging, but I’m trying to kind of ‘see it a different way’. I’m trying to see it like, well, thats about $300 extra a month, not 400 because I need to pay bills. After 5 months, that’s an extra $1500 I wouldn’t have had before. I’m trying to see that as an extra flight or plane ticket or 3-credit grad school class! Patience is key.

2024 is off to a good start and I’m really feeling this year! We are dog sitting for my sister today, so in total, there are 7 “people” in the house right now. 4 dogs, 1 cat, my mom and me!

I need to change out of my bathrobe and get ready for the day, or do I? It’s Saturday and so cozy.
