Last monday I saw ‘The Linguini Incident’ with David Bowie and Rosanna Arquette on video. A weird and entertaining movie about a man who tries to get married within a couple of days (for some reason). Escape artists play an important role as well.

After Tuesday’s game we drank some beers till 2.30am, while discussing the games, the world championship and out membership troubles. The bartender said that he may have a translating job for me (some kind of poker book). That would be fun to do. The next morning I slept in till about 10. The waking up was accompanied by a pleasant beer buzz in the morning.

Today I collected the 16 ODs I am going to study for my thesis. It took a bit more time than anticipated, meaning that the analysis itself cannot start today. Luckily I am off from work tomorrow; the quantitative analysis can be done then.

This evening I’m meeting Paul and Kenny in Uithoorn. We are going to discuss our club’s finances (I am there as a member of the auditing committee).
