Game against Paul

My game against Paul. 19-23×13 wins easily since on 33-28 black answers with 17-21 and 13-18. I played the awful 3-9 after which Paul replied with 28-23 19×28 27-21 16×18 33×4. After white’s 28-23 I shouldn’t’ve panicked. Instead I should have played 17×28 23×3 30-35 39×19 23×1 (or 23×3). And this position gives plenty of chances to draw.
