Tarzan

Last Friday I bought two tickets for the musical “Tarzan”, which plays in Scheveningen. I did this via my new job, which meant that I could have tickets for only €35, not even adding handling fees or anything. Normally those tickets cost more than €70. I bought, as I said, TWO tickets, which begs the question of who I was going to go with. I don’t have a very extensive network of friends, and I didn’t confer with anyone if they would be available at that particular day and time. So, next Wednesday at 2.30, who will be going with? I called my mother, and got my father on the horn. Initially I had wanted to ask my mother, but she was staying at a friend’s. This meant that I asked him as a backup first. A bit strange, maybe, but our family can take it. After this I called my Mom. She would be working till 12 noon, and wanted to check the train time table first. Two days later, i.e. today, she called me back. She took a day off of work, which means that we won’t have to rush and go there in a relaxed manner. I’m really curious to see what it is like. I’ve never been to such a big Joop van den Ende musical before. I have sold plenty of tickets for it though.
