1648 Today my boy can do no wrong.
Let me preface this by saying that Gus has an AMAZING vocabulary. He’s so smart and picks up new words every single day…
But my darling boy has held out 22 months to say the one word I’ve been dying to hear:
Mama
My child chose to grant my wish today – just 2 days before the birth of our 2nd child.

Mama loves you.
Wow…2 days left. I’ll be thinking about you (and praying you don’t have any problems!) on Wednesday!

Awwww soooo sweet!! Cora was really chatty early on, but at 19 months Claire has very few words. It is frustrating! So sweet you got to hear those words now! Yay Gus!

Hope all is well! Can’t wait to hear about #2. My son waited a long time to say Mama as well. When I was worried about him not saying it yet, people told me to not worry—that there would come a day when I was sick of hearing Mama called out all of the time. Yes, my son does say it ALL of the time but me sick of it…NEVER.
