Saucy Scale: 10

Well, I decided to take a little trip back down Memory Lane to see if I could figure out when it was I started writing here at OD.

I very randomly selected this date at the Wayback Time Machine and was pleasantly surprised to have landed at a proud moment in my OD History.  That’s right…right there at the top…that’s me as Editor’s Choice.  Very funny that I would randomly land on that date.

We took the boys to a Trick or Treating event geared towards little kids.  A little chilly out, but the boys had fun.  We also had the class party for Gusser’s nursery school.

Today we’re heading off to church and then we’ve got plans to shake our Familial Money Makers at Baby Loves Disco…I am so excited to take Mattson to his first one!  He’s gonna have a BLAST!  Which reminds me, I really need to change the batteries in the camera & make sure the video camera is all charged up!

Guess it is time to get us all dressed for church etc.  Have a nice Sunday!

5 Things That Make Me Happy:

  1. I’d forgotten the look of pure joy that trick or treating produces on kid faces
  2. banana bread (that I didn’t actually have to bake)
  3. Maling memories with my children
  4. Mattson’s sweet smile & comedic charm
  5. Gusser’s ability to be the sweetest big brother in the world

holy crap, i remember that! in fact, i think that’s when i started reading you! hope you’re feeling well these days. 🙂

Do we even do editor’s choice anymore? Not sure when I started OD, although I know it was right after New Year’s 2000.

I think that was about the time I started reading you. Maybe a little before? I don’t remember. Regardless its been a long time! lol

Too cool! What date was that? Your boys are at the perfect age to enjoy Halloween. Now that mine are a bit older I don’t get to chose their costumes. They want scary, bloody, gross stuff. Ugh. I miss the cute sweet costumes of those early years.
