1764 The yummiest/easiest cranberry sauce recipe!

I had an OB appointment last night.  Everything is groovy. 

The doctor recommended that I start wearing a maternity support belt.  Oh, not just any only belt, but even gave me a brochure for a specific belt.  The pictures are just excrutiating to look at.

So of course…I must share them.  Go ahead and laugh at me.

I’ve never had to use any sort of support in the past.  I guess I my tired old womb can’t handle the burden of these twins!

Actually, there are at least 4 different configurations of these baby support contraptions on the website (http://www.aboutbabiesinc.com).  Each one more delightful than the last.

Being on the eve of Thanksgiving, I am reminded that I am responsible for bringing the cranberry sauce tomorrow.  I’ll be kind enough to share the yummiest recipe with you now.  It’s very easy.  You’re welcome.

Cranberry Apricot Sauce

2 Cups Water
2 Cups Sugar
4 Cups Fresh Cranberries
1 Cup Dried Apricots, Chopped
1 Orange, Zested

Boil the water and sugar together for 5 minutes.  Add the cranberries
and chopped apricots.  Simmer until cranberry skins burst, about 6 – 8
minutes.  Stir in orange zest and cool.
