    NROL, Hypertrophy II
    Day B, Workout V

    Set/rep: 6×3
    Rest: 90 seconds

    Snatch-Grip Deadlift:
    3 @ 145, 135, 185 lbs
    3, 3, 3, 2, F, 1, F @ 225 lbs

    Alternating Sets:
    DB Step-up:
    6×3 @ 30 lbs
    DB Dynamic Lunges:
    6×3 @ 45 lbs

    Reverse Crunches:
    3×12 @ BW

    (Usual stretching.)

Rough workout. My grip was shot by the end of it. I might have overshot the weight for snatch-grips. It wasn’t really my grip that gave out at the end, I just couldn’t pull the weight. Don’t know.

Step-ups, I couldn’t go any heavier. I just couldn’t get the first step. Lunges, I could have gone heavier. No doubt. :: smiles :: Maybe next time. Actually, that might be grip-limited. Holding two 45 lb dumbbells taxes your grip pretty fast.
