Changed my second pairing, as the bench and row was getting to be too much. I was taking too long in between sets. Not to mention, I figured I should be rowing at a different angle, rather than doing two row variations with almost the same shoulder angle. If that makes any sense to a bystander.
Entering the heavy sequence in my novel. I’ve passed 41K, so sheer wordcount is, again, simply not an issue. It’s a matter of writing about certain time periods in the same I have before me. There’s some things I want to write that I simply don’t know how to write, so I’m having to be slightly contrived. Or starting a sequence and realizing, “I have absolutely no idea where to go with this” so I’ll slyly move the sequence somewhere else.
Haven’t quite resorted to having ninjas burst into a scene, but it’s still an option.
Ultimately, regardless of whether causes are contrived or not, I know what the results need to be. I know the emotional cores of my characters. Man, I wish I didn’t have to work all month.
