Lifting for 11-17-10

6×3 @ 275 lbs
Short on time, high on strength. Tearing through 275 lbs felt light compared to 295 and 285 of the previous weeks. And I needed to get out of the gym in time to eat and snag some groceries. So, I decided to just do a couple more sets and cut out all my accessory work. It seems almost TOO simple. Yet, including warm-up and cooldown, that was a 35 minute workout. If something as simple as triples gives me the strength gains I’ve wanted, I will laugh my ass off.
Stayed up WAY too late last night. Does staying up late make me depressed, or does being depressed make me stay up late? No matter. It’s not really a secret that I’m generally kind of down, I just don’t feel like advertising it these days. Stay positive? Shit like that.
When I was at Panera, a woman complimented me on my hair. I hope I smiled enough. That probably sounds retarded, but I know I tend to be really stand-off-ish, so I’ve been working on looking pleasant. Hrm. I have? I had absolutely no idea.
nanowrimo warps your brain. I’m already pondering what to do next year. Perhaps the return of the revenge of the attack of BIGGAYDAN of the Jedi? 50K of me breaking the fourth wall for my own amusement. I could try something original again. Don’t know. I’m just getting a little exhausted with this story. I have kind of a gap of time and just need to “fill” it, almost. Unless I had more tension to the primary drama. Or I could just introduce a character than NEEDLESSLY KILL HIM. Never done that before.

Love that idea, the more ridiculous the new character or the death, the better imo!
