    12, 10, 9 @ ?

    RDL:
    3×12 @ 165 lbs

    Alternating Sets
    DB Shoulder Press:
    20, 18, 17 @ 20 lbs
    Face Pull:
    20, 20, 20 @ 50 lbs

    sleep: Good
    nutrition: Good
    mood: Good

Used a different leg press today. This one lets you rest at the bottom. So if you want, you can “bounce” out of the bottom. Or, if you’re smart, you take a second to let the tension out of your legs, makes it harder and really lets you feel it in your glutes/hammies. Don’t know how much weight it was, but I had four plates in each side. :: shrugs :: Variety.

Going to hang out with Candi tonight. Typical Voyager and Everquest2 night, and whatever else strikes our fancy.
