Nevermind what else I could probably be doing.

I played Trivial Pursuit with Carolyn and her older brother this evening. I got my ass handed to me in tiny plastic bags. It was a case of me not knowing, you know, trivia. Like I know who wrote Gone With The Wind.

There was one question I got a huge kick out of. It asked what the Republican platform in 1994 was called. I knew it was too early for Compassionate Conservatism. I paused for a moment. Then it came to me: Contract With America. I’m amused as all hell that I remembered that. I didn’t even follow politics then.

Anyway. Now I’m here.

I’m quite saddened that thespark.com has been eaten by corporate America. Only a matter of time, I suppose. All the decent tests are gone. I mention this for a reason: OkCupid was founded by the same punks who did thespark. The same immature style remains.

Bluntly, OkCupid is a great waste of time. Or time-waster. Kind of like La Jay, except without the nudity.

My handle is VirginWhore, which should give some indication to how long I’ve been there.
