This is what I’ve done to myself.

I want to just not do the presentation so it’s not on my mind, and then skip class again tomorrow. Get a lower grade than I deserve because I’m a coward. Fall short yet again.

You want to just not do it, but I really think you will feel way worse in the long run if you don’t. The only way I get through presentations is by forcing myself to not think about it until I’m in the room and can’t escape. Pretty traumatizing, but at least I get it done, lol.
