Keep Going!

Today was a test of wills.  I did all of my chores off of just 5 hours of sleep!  With me, if I start, I have to keep going.  The moment I take a rest, well then, that’s it for that.  Chores today?  Let’s see… I got up and cleaned out the charcoal grill, swept, mopped, and cleaned all the windows in the sunroom, washed my car, waxed it, changed the oil, washed my dad’s car, and re-potted several plants.  After all that I ran some errands for my mom and while I was out I bought books 15-19 of The Getbackers manga.  I really need to check my bank balance now…. but it was worth it.  Some manga books are hard to find, but you have to keep looking or you’ll never find them.

For some reason Twilight was constantly on my mind today, so I called her while I was driving back from my errands for my mom.  She’s playing through Tales of Symphonia currently, and I think she is making a rather quick pace through the game.  I am slightly bothered by the fact that everytime she plays a good game, it makes me want to run out and start that game over just to play through it.  That is a little harder to do with RPG’s, but I do what I can.  Soul Calibur IV comes out at the end of this month… so if I can just hold out with the spending of money on games, I think I will be good for at least November release games with the money I have put aside.

Anyways, if you didn’t gather enough information earlier, I’m back at home for the weekend.  It’s nice to be back.  I’m blessed to have my mom get me groceries, and my dad to help me pull my car up on the ramp so that I can change my own oil.  It’s little things like that that go a long way.  Hell, I’m even slightly happy to see my little brother as annoying as he is.

Well, I’m going to go pilfer some soda from downstairs.  I have to drive back tomorrow, so I cannot stay up too late… but I’ll keep going even if I do!
