After she left me

I couldnt function

I didnt want to face anyone

I didnt care about anything.

 

You brought me back from the brink

Brought me out of my depression

Gave me back my confidence

Helped me learn to trust again.

 

You slowly brought me back

Got me back into the world

Got me mxing with people again

Even got me back in the dating game.

 

As our friendship grew stronger

We grew closer and closer

Friendship turned into more

And I felt I was ready to love again.

 

So im writing this poem

To say thank you, and tell you how much I love you

Thank you for rebuilding my heart
