Justin Home : )

I just got back from picking up Justin from college. It’s nice to have him home. He didn’t have time to pack  his stuff cus he was busy with finals. He finished his last one at 11:00 and I arrived at 12:30. He already had one cart loaded. We brought that down and loaded up 2 more before we were through at 2:00. His refrigerator was so bad that he just dragged it into the shower and turned the water on for half an hour. What a hoot.

Nichole and her mom were there packing up her stuff too. We all went to Champs for lunch before driving home. We got home at 6:00. It’s now 7:15 and his stuff is piled in his room and his friend Dejan is over visiting. They’re swapping girl stories.  Justin doesn’t have a job for the summer yet. I’m guessing he’ll pick up some menial thing that allows him some flexibility to visit Vermont in late August. He has to be at school on Sept. 1 to do his RA orientation thing.

Diane got things sorted out with her sister and the July visit. She called my brother Scott and told him that I wasn’t available to accompany him to Washington. So, things are quiet on that front.

Tomorrow I have an early morning meeting. It starts at 6:00 so I need to get to bed early. I didn’t sleep great last night (rare). I woke up at 2:15 and read until 4 before falling back to sleep until 7:00. I’ll sleep well tonight.
