Still itching…

The steriod that urgent care gave me is almost done… The cream has helped so much…. and so has the steriod as my skin doesn’t look so red and raw.  But i still itch on my back.  still have trouble sleeping.  still have not heard about my insurance situation. (waiting to hear from medicade?) i dont know i qualified for it via the market place. it was supposed to start feb1st. its now feb 9th and still haven’t heard a thing. and i completed the applicaiton in January. IF it didn’t stop urgent care said to follow up with a dermatologist but how can i if i have no insurance and i can’t afford another $100 urgetn care visit.

I am so over mom’s aid agency… during covid she qualified didn’t have to pay anything as it was covered. Now that she has to pay for it because she “makes to much ( Farm INcome” 54k) ” and their back on precovid measures, she can’t keep a helper. Like I can’t be with my mom 24/7 i can’t ill end up killing her. we push each others buttons so much. I just want someone to be here help her with lunch and baths. and light housework.  I don’t expect people to make my bed and do my laundry not their primary function while here.  During this last week two days my mom’s Blood sugar was under 100 all day. since she was diagonzed the only time she had been under that was when she had a severe low of 13. and those two days.  her sugar averages around 175-200 . freaked my mom out and me but i had to go into work so she was alone till my bf got off his night shift duty.

My bf works nights. mon- wed 12am -8am and Thurs – Sun 10pm -8am  if mom doesn’t get a helper for someone who will fall asleep as soon as they get home is not really a safe option. but its all we got. while the agency tries to figure its shit out.  I came home from work thursday and BF had burned Cheese toasties.. so i worry about both of them.. Bf because he is tired. and mom because she could have a low and if he is asleep unable to get her a snack or help.
