I would go with worried. Unless you’ve just woken up from sleeping on both of your arms, in which case it’s perfectly normal for them to be your very own freakish flolloping puppet creatures.

Next time you see a doctor tell him/her about it. If it happens again, make an appointment. If it happens when you aren’t lying in bed, get thee to a hospital/clinic.
