College Basketball Today

Well I am quite happy that Boston College lost their first game of the season, and of course my favorite team UK just got by with a victory over Florida tonight so that should hopefully put UK BACK on top of BC where they were in the first place in the ESPN top 25 polls.  Illinois barely won tonight against Michigan and well i was kinda hoping they would lose, I want all the top 5 to lose except Kentucky of course :).  Tomorrow for the first time ever I will be routing for Duke against North Carolina.  I can’t stand Duke!  But in this case it would be nice for NC, #2, to lose tomorrow night and hopefully fall out of the top 5, but with Kentucky’s luck we wouldn’t move at all, Hell we’d probably fall along with them.  That’s one thing I really can’t stand, is how everybody hates Kentucky basketball and the only reason they hate them is because we have 7 national championships, more SEC championships then the whole sec combined, the most victories then any other University nationwide, and well the best basketball program ever.  The only other university that has anything to hold over our heads is UCLA with their 12 some odd national championships.  People just need to get over it, Kentucky rules, always have and always will. 🙂  GO UK!
