Tech Toys and Book Releases

So I didn’t end up doing any transcribing today. My brain was entirely too shot from only getting 3 hours of sleep last night.  Needless to say I find this totally unacceptable, so I’ve limited my contact with caffeine today because I really want to sleep tonight. I am taking 2 melatonin tonight and  going to bed at a decent hour. I need to get up and actually work on transcribing tomorrow because I need the money. I don’t care of it’s only a 20 minute file tomorrow. But I really need to make something more than 40 this week to make up for the amount I spent. I still feel so  guilty even though I have really enjoyed what I’ve gotten. Haha.

So what did I get? I got this awesome new tech backpack. It has charging capabilities,  an outside headphone jack, and most importantly a combination lock to protect my valuables when I have to be away from my backpack for any length of time.  I love it. 🙂  I will take pics and share them, eventually.

Also included in my Amazon order today was my own copy of The Shadow of the Wind  by Carlos Ruiz Zafon, a new power bank for my backpack, and Joelle Charbonneau’s newest book. the conclusion to the Dividing Eden duology, Eden Conquered . (That was actually in the mailbox, but shipped by Amazon as well. I really love Amazon Prime. I’m hoping if i can ever make it to a point where I can make consistent income with Rev, I can spring for a year of Prime so that I can stop the monthly payments of 13 whatever it is now for at least that long. We’ll see.

The rest of my plans tonight are to watch Jeopardy,  then read The Hand Maid’s Tale until about 10 and then I’m going to bed. Taking my meds and melatonin by 9 so that it will get into my system early. 🙂
