Lady, it is *so* time to start looking for a house. Find a multi-family where the other rents will help pay the mortgage. Talk to a mortgage broker, not a bank. Mortgage brokers work with many banks and can work with troublesome credit histories.

Hey girl!! Got your (my?) birthday card the other day- thanks so much for remembering me!! 🙂 Sorry it took so long for me to get on and drop you a note but one of the life-changes I mentioned awhile back was our friend BaldSteve moving in with us and he’s something of a computer hog. Add that to hubby’s love of WoW and I never get the comp at all. *sigh* Anyway, thanks again!!! 🙂
