Getting better…

Having three days off in a row is a good thing when you’re not feeling well. I’ve spent the better part of the last three days doing chores around the house, hanging out with my boys, a little writing and a ton of Warcraft gaming. In the end the nose is clearing up and my voice is coming back slowly but surely and I should be ready to clock back in and kick some que butt tomorrow morning. It was a good break and my voice really needed the time off as well. I could barely whisper a word on Tuesday, so I had no choice but to not come in. I got to help out Chris with the boys which was necessary as well since both of them were suffering from the same flu I had as well.

Speaking of WOW, my Paladin managed to pass level 30 this week while I was playing during my time off. Cause I reached that new level, I managed to get a new piece of equipment for him… a helmet. It looks pretty sweet… and makes the Paladin look really scary, which is cool. Have a look:

Speaking of things that are very cool… One thing I’m dying to see is the new Spider-Man movie. The third film is set to release in less than a month (May 3rd), it’s looking to be even better than the previous two and that’s amazing since the first two were pretty spectacular to begin with. With the while Symbiant/Venom storyline on the go, this could be the smach of the summer, easily. Check out this trailer if you don’t believe me:

Spider-man 3 Trailer Final

Man that looks amazing. I can’t wait to see it opening weekend. If this movie is half as good as it looks, that opening weekend record will go back to Spidey after being in Capt. Jack’s possession for a year. Well be interesting to see what numbers that movie gets in it’s first three days. I’m guessing that $150M isn’t out of it’s reach…

So I’ll be heading back to work tomorrow which means I should hit the sack early and try to catch some Zeees. Hope everyone has a good night and I’ll be around tomorrow to leave notes and such since I’ll be back at the office and taking calls. Until then, take care…
