This is Multnomah Falls, in The Columbia Gorge, Oregon USA.  It is the second highest year-round waterfall in the United States of America.

Number 9,053:

This is Benson Bridge at Multnomah Falls, between the upper and lower falls.  The falls drains the Columbia Plateau, from where floods of lava once came to cover the land – and the river.

The south side of The Columbia Gorge, the Oregon side of the Columbia River:

Repeated lava flows buried the river, but the Misoula Floods, resulting from ice dams breaking in present day Montana at the end of the last ice age, swept through the Gorge, down the River to the Pacific ocean, cutting through the lava and "making" the Gorge as it is today, the only sea-level pass through the Cascade Range of mountains, which stretches from Northern California, USA, into British Columbia, Canada, a thousand plus mile "rain shadow" that is the wall between the ocean and the interior of North America.
