my 2013 face
For most of my life – most of my life past 17 anyway – I have had a beard or a goatee.
The drag is this: You women can change your face in minutes; some good make up and a knowledgeable hand can change your face very quickly.
I’ve always been sort of envious.
About the make up and other things…. but, I’ve never especially wanted to be a woman – it looks like sort of a drag.
NOT a pun – drag being a word for guys in your clothes but also a less than perfect arrangement too.
In 2006, I was a newspaper guy in the early mornings, distributing the Oregonian to stores and vending machines, and I drove by a sign from a local school district: "Bus drivers wanted".
I applied and got the job – a school bus driver!
Pretty soon after I started that job, I shaved off my goatee – or beard, I don’t remember which I had….
Thinking that the kids would think I was OLD, I shaved.
It took awhile for me to realize that they would think I was OLD no matter what… but I stayed clean-shaven until a few weeks ago:

I like guys with well kept beards and mustaches 🙂 hubby has had one the entire time I’ve known him well except for a short time which we both decided really wasn’t him lol

I’ve been experimening with facial hair of all types for the past 15 years, and cant make up my mind about it. Generally speaking I get the impresion that women dont like beards, aside from the couple of day’s growth. If I had as much hair as you do however, I would grow it down to my ass. That’s one thing that I always thought looked cool, but only on guys who have a full head oh hair.

i love a man with a beard and mustache. never saw raymond’s face in all the 22 years we were together. why not let the hair on top of your head grow too? maybe several inches long and part it on one side. i wish my son in law would let his hair grow on his head. i think he has it just way too short. i always liked running my fingers thru raymond’s hair. take care,

Man, being a woman is NOT a drag!! You are right, we can do whatever we want. If we dye our hair bright red, there might be some comments, but nothing compared to what a guy would have for comments if he did it. It’s expected or at least accepted for women. Lol!!! I love being a woman. Give me my choice…………guess what???
