TALKING SHIT AT 3 AM
I jus cut. Am i an idiot? i dno. It was only 3 little ones. jus wanted to see how much blood I could get.
I can’t sleep – or havnt tried. itz 3 am.
My rist hurts, but itz a nice, calming kindof pain. I feel it tingling.
I started a fast last night at 8pm. I’m aiming 48 hours – my first proper fast.
I am 5″10, weight 62kg (136.7 lbs). I wana see how much fasting it takes to lose 2kg. dno what that is in lbs – sorry to all the americans reading.
Blood on the paper i’m writing on. Blood on my white trackies. Blood on the pillow. Bloood on the carpet. It’s all gud tho cuz it makes me feel like i’m in a dream.

hey…word of advice take it or leave it… fasting doesnt do much for your body because you may starve off the pounds but then you will gain them all back in one setting because your body is trying to fill the space that has been empty… instead of using it properly…it is better to eat normal and exercise than to fast…. like i adi take it or leave it…and remember muscle weighs more (con)

hey im sorry that you cut. i know how hard it is :/ ..this is random, but a few entries ago, you mentioned you shoplift and stuff. i’ve always wondered how people steal clothes, like jeans or a shirt or something. how do you do that?! i guess lip glosses are easier and stuff, i’ve done that, but.. yeh. have you ever managed to take clothing? just wondering. take care hun <3

Fasting might not work as well as you think… What ends up happening is when there is no food in your body for nutrients, your metabolism will slow down to make whatever is there last longer, and you will actually gain weight. The slowing down of the metabolism is a very difficult process to reverse, if not impossible. Instead of fasting, I would simply stay away from foods with partially…

…hydrogenated vegetable oils. I don’t know if they put as much of it in foods in Australia, but in America, there is an absolute abundance of it in almost every snack-food, and it is HORRIBLE for the body. Almost certainly not eating any foods with partially hydrogenated vegetable oil will help you more than fasting will. Eat raw vegetables instead and drink green tea.:-)
