EVERYONE ELSE IS CONSTANTLY STUFFING THEMSELVES
I am starting a diet as of right this very second.
I am currently:
Height: 5"10 (70 inches, or 178cm).
Weight: 60kg (132lb)
BMI: 19.
Goal Weight: 57kg (125.5lb)
Tomorrow I plan to consume:
8 glasses of water
1 sushi roll – 60 calories
heaps of sugarfree gum – 25 calories
3 corn things – 66 calories
I will lose this weight.
If anybody wants to diet with me, note me. It’s often easier to diet when you’ve got somebody to talk to about it.

132 isn’t a pig. But your other statement about others being gluttons is completely true. I live in the US..im surrounded by fat lazy tv-watching cheeto-eating bastards. ryn: When i fast i don’t eat any solids. I just have liquids and my vitamins. If i drink anything with calories it has to be under 30 cals a day.I’ll add u to my faves so we can keep up. Where abouts in Sydney do u live? i grew up there. I can’t post my stats at the moment cause i haven’t weighed myself in 2 years but i’m getting some scales this weekend.

try the southbeach diet! i just started it today. its all food that’s super good for you and you can loose 12 lbs in 2 weeks.

Hi i too am trying to diet i’ve lost 28lbs in 2 months i have a lot more weight to loose than you but i too like to eat very little as i find it hard to stop eating once i start. xxxx

you must be thin, that bmi is on the low side. remember for successful diet u must cut down on calories AND exercise, otherwise u are burning only lean weight (what you want to keep) instead of ur fat reserves.
