GOODNESS, in taco form…
so… when you’re broke, you start taking anything in your cupboards and throwing it together to be a meal.
well my friend *coughbenefitscough* *looks over shoulder* huh? did you hear something…
lol
my friend is coming over cause we having hung out in a couple weeks, so i said i’d make dinner and she could come use my computer for school. no big deal.
but then i realised i have nothing… i have some minute rice… and my roomie had refried beans, in a can… and a few other odds and ends around the house…
so i took his beans, some celery, tomatoes, green onions, minute rice, and a packet of taco seasoning and thought… could be good.
so i went and bought some beef and sour cream (cause you can’t have anything Mexicanish without those two… i think…)
so, i got those, threw it all together and PRESTO!… or rather…
BAM!
i have a nice little rice/beef/taco thing to put in tomato basil wraps. 😀 i’m a genius…
sounds good… if only I could eat.

Ummm….can you teach me how to cook?? Please?? Lol. I have a bunch of random things in my cupboard, I really have to dig through them and see what I’ve got. From here I can see KD, taco shells and tuna. Something tells me that it would not be quite as good as your concoction. lol 😛
