I have to write again…

I have to get back to writing.  It’s the only outlet I have.  Today’s entry will be a life update and then maybe an entry on Pride.

I don’t know what my last entry was about.  Here is the short version now.

Kevin and I had a house fire on November 23, 2024.  We lost everything but each other and Monroe-My Bulldog and out outside Pup named Bella at that time.  It’s been devastating.  Every single day I think of it.  I bought an RV with the kindness of friends and my sister donating money.  Kevin left the first week if January.  He was different. He was angry. He was mean to Bella who was not an inside dog.  She was around 9 months.  Still a pup..so I told him he needed to leave because we were just different.  We have remained friends.

Life continued..barely.  I don’t share my true emotions with anyone. I cry everyday…like right now but on social media I am the same silly Tycee. I got an office job in December and it was just what I needed..not much stress but I got a part time job at Mcds because I will hustle if I need to.  Mcds is easy.  My best friend from back home was the office manager and it was an easy job…until it wasn’t.

On May 13th, my nightmare happened.  My electricity tripped while I was at work.  I had been gone from 7am-9pm and I’m not sure what time it went off but Monroe overheated and died.  I HATE MYSELF FOR IT.  She was old but I did that.  I am responsible for her dying.

The day before Monroe died….My BFF was fired from the home care office and the bitch from the sister office was now overseeing our office.  She knew C and I were close and she made my life hell. I continued to work until July 1st…then I left that job for another Home health (terminated to restructuring) and it was a JOK…more on that later.

So now I am looking for another job…I had a couple final interviews today and should know something by Wednesday.
