I am so over therapy

So over Sam telling me about her garden and fruit lol.  True story I just started crying. I talk a good game but I am really broken in this area. Everyone is doing a good job trying to help me but the idea of having a physically intimate relationship with a man is triggering and I am ready to end the game. This needs to turn into a less public conversation.
