But…. getting to the end of the planning and it all becoming real is FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN!!!

I miss NZ lots – so will be great to see friends and family again.

on another note…

I’m experimenting with pork tonight…

made my own marinade with Chilli, Soy Sauce, Garlic and Ginger  hope it works out… soon I will roast it and fingers crossed 🙂
